As a brand whose foundations are based on science and medical research, it makes sense that Run/Walk For Life would partner with one of South Africa’s top, medically endorsed nutrition programmes, eatForLife. In line with Run/Walk For Life’s philosophy that wellness is related to physical activity, as well as Nutrition habits, having a partnership with a nutrition programme that is endorsed by ADSA makes complete sense. eatForLife is an electronic weight-loss programme which specialises in changing lifestyles and eating habits for good, so that members will not gain the weight again and look for yet another quick fix solution. eatForLife is designed by and is administered by registered dieticians, and is scientifically based.
